Westhall Estates was established in 2006 by Matt Sutton, a Chartered Surveyor with over 17 years' property company experience, and is based in Haddenham, Bucks. 

 

In 2009, the company was bolstered by the appointment of Graham Sutton as a Director. Graham is also a Chartered Surveyor, and possesses over 40 years' experience in the property industry and has extensive property contacts throughout Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire.

 

The company has established joint ventures with two of its backers: Blakelands LLP with Sea-Ex Ltd, which undertakes industrial developments, and Brunel Securities LLP with Kellafran Ltd, which undertakes office developments. 

Sea-Ex and Kellafran are both long-established, private property companies which provide substantial equity funding to the LLP's to enable them to acquire sites with cash and thereby move quickly for the right opportunity. 

 

The agreed strategy is to create high quality, modern, attractive premises for freehold purchase or, in exceptional circumstances, lease with option to purchase, in a range of sizes and and a specification which addresses their operational requirements.
