First Site Acquired in Milton Keynes - 01/03/07
The joint venture is now due to submit a planning application within the next two weeks for the development of 6 small, high-quality, industrial units for freehold purchase, ranging in size between 1,400 sq ft and 2,158 sq ft, with construction anticipated to commence in the summer.

Blakelands LLP - a joint venture between Westhall Estates and Sea-Ex Limited, one of its four funding partners - acquired the site off-market from a local electronics company and exchanged contracts in just three weeks from agreeing terms, demonstrating its ability to move quickly for the right opportunity.
