The Strategy requires the development of over 1,000 houses per annum for the next 15 years, but also envisages employment growth of 1 job per house constructed and accordingly Westhall Estates is committed to delivering suitable premises for the start-up companies and expanding small to medium-sized businesses which will form the majority of the employment growth in the region.
