Westhall Estates, through Blakelands LLP, its joint venture with Sea-Ex, has recently completed the acquisition of a 1.1 acre brownfield site in Thame, Oxon for redevelopment.
The site, which is situated on Jane Morbey Road, off Thame Park Road, is less than a mile from the town centre to the south-east, and is adjacent to the successful 'Thame 40' industrial park, home to 'Atlet' forklift trucks, amongst others.
The existing derelict buildings on site will be demolished over the summer, and a new planning application will be drawn up and submitted for a high quality office development aimed at SME's. The units will be available either for sale or to let. Prelets and presales will be sought prior to commencing construction on site and it is likely that the scheme will be built out in phases as demand comes forward.
