Westhall Estates is actively seeking to acquire sites from 0.5 to 3 acres, with or without planning, in established employment locations and capable of supporting 15,000 – 50,000 sq ft of new-build office and/or industrial development.
In addition, we will consider existing buildings capable of refurbishment and/or break-up, whether vacant or with short-term income, but preferably with additional land for development. Immediate cash funds are available for the purchase of sites and we will always seek to achieve swift and hassle-free transactions.
Our core geographical area of operation extends west to the A34 / Oxford / M40, south to the M4 / M25, east to the M11 and north to the A14, although we will occasionally consider opportunities outside this area should they meet our site-specific criteria.
