The company was established in 2006 by Matt Sutton, a chartered surveyor with 15 years property company experience, and is backed by several long-established, North London-based, private property development companies, including Temple Lodge Ltd, Sea-Ex Ltd, Day (Contractors) Ltd and Kellafran Ltd.

It is intended that Westhall Estates will initially enter into a number of joint ventures with its backers, who have substantial equity funding immediately available to contribute into each JV to fund the purchase of sites and additional development costs.
The agreed strategy is to create high quality, modern, attractive premises for freehold purchase by occupiers in a unit size and specification which addresses their operational requirements. Schemes are well thought-out, well managed and located in prime locations with excellent transport links. Construction warranties are available for individual units. |
