In addition, we will consider existing buildings capable of refurbishment and/or break-up, whether vacant or with short-term income, but preferably with additional land for development.
Immediate funds are available for the purchase of sites and we will always seek to achieve swift and hassle-free transactions. |

Westhall Estates will also undertake joint ventures with third-party landowners, developers and occupiers.
Fees are always available to non-retained agents for valid introductions and we will normally retain introducing agents where appropriate to handle ongoing marketing requirements on our behalf. |
